Power Galerie, Berlin
November 14 – November 21, 2008 | Press Release
In Carcinoma California, the artist creates an environment housing paintings which are composed of remnants of Wu’s past work. The installation as a whole represents the fictional city of Carcinoma, California, a city shrouded by constant smog. The perpetual blanket of smog refracts and intensifies all light, masking and distorting all of it’s buildings and inhabitants.
